Our guy says he knows about a brand new  triple cockpit runabout modified with a V12 aircraft engine that's just been delivered to the Smith Cove Yacht Club. He also knows about a new pickup spot just off Little Bergen's Sunset Point: an inconspicuous harbor buoy.

Say we borrow the boat and make a run at the goods? You can swim, right? 

RAIN CITY: RUMRUNNERS is a high stakes SMUGGLING BOONDOGGLE for an enterprising group of palookas looking to break into Rain City's lucrative nighttime shipping industry. Requires CRIME WAVE: RAIN CITY and CRIME WAVE FLIMFLAM by Jon Davis to play. Best suited for a group of 2-4 players in one session.
