The Majors

The Majors is a complete baseball simulator for any number of players that runs on six d6's and a deck of playing cards. 

Each at-bat is quickly simulated by a head-to-head 3d6 roll. The greater matched dice or highest total wins: a pitching win is an out, a batting win is a hit. Certain winning rolls have specific outcomes, like double plays and homeruns.

Any roll can be overturned by playing a card, and any played card can be countered, creating tense battles at the plate.

Players can customize their lineups with tags to create a more dynamic and asymmetric game. Keep score with a simplified scorecard.

This edition includes the full set of rules, 33 tags to customize your lineups, official scorecard, and a game tracker with helpful reminders. A print-at-home zine file is also included: Just print double-sided on the short edge on US letter paper to create your own booklet. Additional scorecards will always be available for free!

This is a fully fleshed out and rigorously play-tested version of a game originally released as CRIME WAVE: THE MAJORS, an OSR-inspired effort for the Flimflam Jam.
